Meet the team

Kirsty is a co-founder of FlexABL and a highly regarded and experienced invoice finance professional. With almost two decades of senior experience from many of the leading names in the sector, Kirsty’s operations leadership at FlexABL draws on her wide industry experience and intimate knowledge of the business world through clients’ eyes. This ensures that clients have the confidence and certainty that FlexABL will be close at hand as a true partner through every business opportunity and challenge. A proud mum, Kirsty is busy at home with a growing family as well as being busy helping FlexABL become the success it is today.

Paul started his career in the late 1980s in high street banking, starting as a cashier and progressing into business development. Paul’s love of finding the best finance solutions for businesses lit the spark to move into invoice finance, first as MD of a leading invoice finance provider and then onward to creating FlexABL. With a degree in Financial Services and his banking exams under his belt, Paul has an intimate knowledge of both business and finance which enables him to instinctively create the best invoice finance solution for every client. A keen bike rider and marathon runner, Paul likes to relax watching a game of cricket or his beloved West Brom.

Karen brings 30 years of experience to the team and makes sure FlexABL clients receive the very best support. Collections expert, staff trainer, risk manager, Karen is the person to have in your corner with the legal, operational and business knowledge to overcome any collections challenge. Karen enjoys spoiling her grandchildren and is an avid gardener.

With roles spanning client onboarding, sales administration, purchase ledger and relationship management, Jenni has lived and breathed invoice finance for 25 years, working for many leading industry names. Jenni, a social sciences graduate, works closely with FlexABL clients to help them navigate the ups and downs of business. A keen gardener, Jenni likes nothing better than spending time with family.

Imogen joined FlexABL in 2023 with a strong background in client service roles. A natural communicator and people person, Imogen excels in supporting clients in getting the most from their facility and is always on hand to answer any queries. Imogen is an avid reader and yoga enthusiast who likes nothing better than exploring the countryside with her pet dog.

Emilia gained a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and developed her marketing talents in an ad agency before joining FlexABL at the start of 2026. Emilia is the beating heart of all things marketing at FlexABL, driving the brand to even greater heights. When not continuing her studies through the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Emilia enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

Ethan is a keen student of finance, having successfully passed Level 4 of his AAT qualifications and currently continuing onto even higher levels. Ethan joined FlexABL in 2023 and supports the smooth running of the back office, working on payments, reconciliation and day to day accounts. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys fishing, going to car festivals and spending time with family and his dog.
